True confession...I have a sweet tooth. Ice Cream used to be my kryptonite but since coming to terms with my lactose intolerance {insert a river of tears here} I have needed to get a little more creative with the treats I can enjoy.
Here is a one of my recent concoctions. Mix your non-dairy "Ice Cream" of choice (I prefer Vanilla Coconut Bliss) and fancy lavender infused honey (Thank you Toni!). Scoop it on a sugar cone and you're in business.
